Utilities Personnel
Utility Workers perform routine maintenance activities in a variety of work environments. Because the job usually requires a lot of lifting and climbing, a Utility Worker must be in good physical condition.
Collection Officer
A credit/collections officer is responsible for answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to clients who are past due on their accounts. Experience in the credit or banking industry is preferred but not necessary, as it is often an entry-level position.
Account Specialist
The account specialist contacts potential customers, handles the needs of existing customers, and closes sales. Their main task is to provide support for the specific region to which they are assigned, contacting customers, creating price quotes, and accepting and processing new orders.
Bookkeeper
The creation of financial transactions includes posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. The bookkeeper also reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy
Admin Assistant
An administrative assistant, sometimes referred to as an office clerk, secretary, or receptionist, is someone who performs routine clerical and organizational tasks. They organize files, draft messages, schedule appointments and support other staff.
